When you request a showing, we collect the property address or MLS number, your preferred dates and times, your name, email address, cell phone number, and whether you work with an agent.

How we use it

We use your information only to arrange the showing you asked for: to contact the listing agent, confirm a time with you, send your showing agreement, and follow up about the home.

Text messages

When you submit the form, we text you to confirm your request, and we may text you about the showing you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Who we share it with

We share the details needed to schedule your showing with the listing agent for that home. We use a website service to receive and store form submissions; it processes your information only to deliver your request to us. We never sell your personal information, and we do not share your cell number with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep request records as long as needed to arrange your showing and as required by real estate recordkeeping rules.
