Does it cost anything to request a showing?
No. Requesting a showing is free. Before the visit we send a short showing agreement that spells everything out in writing, so there are no surprises.
Which homes can I see?
Any home listed for sale in our Maryland service area. Enter the full street address with city and ZIP, or the MLS number from the listing.
How fast will I hear back?
We start on your request right away. We contact the listing agent, and as soon as the seller confirms a time, we text you.
You can request a showing for as soon as 3 hours from now. That gives us time to reach the listing agent, get the seller’s OK, and get there.
What if neither of my times works for the seller?
That’s why we ask for a backup. If neither works, we text you the closest times the seller can do and you pick one.
Why do you text me before the showing?
We text you from 410-935-7500 to confirm your request before we contact the listing agent. It makes sure every showing we book is with a real buyer, so sellers and agents can count on us.
Just reply to confirm. We never sell or share your number.
What is the showing agreement?
Real estate rules now require a written agreement between a buyer and an agent before touring a home. Ours is short and you can sign it right on your phone. We send it after your showing time is confirmed.
I already work with an agent. Can I still use this?
Tap “Yes” on the form so we know. If you’ve already signed an agreement with another agent, contact them first. They can set up the showing for you.
Can I bring family or a friend?
Yes. Bring whoever helps you decide. It’s a private showing, so take your time.
What if the home sells before my showing?
We let you know right away. If you’d like, we can send you similar homes that are still available.
