How the referral fee works: Joining is free, and you never pay anything up front. We charge a one-time 25% referral fee on every buyer we send you, due on that buyer’s first closing. Each new buyer we send is a new referral with its own 25% fee. Any later deals with a buyer you’ve already paid on are 100% yours.
Who we’re looking for
- Licensed in Maryland and in good standing
- Able to respond fast. Buyers can book as soon as 3 hours out
- Covering 1 or 2 ZIP codes you know well
- Willing to sign our 25% referral agreement, paid broker to broker
How it works
- Apply. Fill out the form. It takes about two minutes.
- Get approved. We check your license, then send the referral agreement for you and your broker to e-sign.
- Get buyers. When a request comes in for your ZIP, we text you. Accept it, set the showing, and confirm with the buyer. From then on, they’re your client.
