Questions? Quick Answers.
Everything you need to know before you book.
What does this cost me?
Nothing to request a showing or tour the home. It’s 100% free.
If you decide to buy, your agent is paid at closing, and that is often covered by the seller. Your buyer agreement spells it all out in writing before any showing, so there are no surprises.
Is this how buying a home normally works?
Yes. Nothing about buying a home changes. You get the same buyer agreement, the same protections, and the same steps the law requires. We just make it easy to book your first showing on your schedule.
Do I need to be pre-approved?
No. You can book a showing either way. Your agent can help you get pre-approved, so you’re ready to make an offer the day you find the one, before another buyer beats you to it.
Which homes can I see?
Any home listed for sale in our service area: eastern and northeastern Baltimore County (including Dundalk, Essex, Middle River, Rosedale, Nottingham, Perry Hall, White Marsh, Kingsville, Parkville, Towson, Timonium, Lutherville, Cockeysville, Hunt Valley, Sparks, Glen Arm, Fork, Hydes, Upper Falls, Baldwin, Phoenix, Monkton, Hereford, Parkton and Upperco), MD and all of Harford County, MD. More areas coming soon. Enter the full street address with city and ZIP, or the MLS number from the listing.
How fast will I hear back?
We start on your request right away. We contact the listing agent, and as soon as the seller confirms a time, we text you.
You can request a showing for as soon as 3 hours from now. That gives us time to reach the listing agent, get the seller’s OK, and get there.
What if neither of my times works for the seller?
That’s why we ask for a backup. If neither works, we text you the closest times the seller can do and you pick one.
Why do you text me a code?
The code confirms your cell number is real. It keeps out fake and spam requests, so sellers and listing agents know every showing we book is with a real buyer.
We never sell or share your number.
What is the buyer agreement?
It makes it official that your agent represents you, not the seller. Real estate rules require it in writing before any showing. It’s short, and you can sign it right on your phone. We send it after your showing time is confirmed.
I already work with an agent. Can I still use this?
Tap “Yes” on the form so we know. If you’ve already signed an agreement with another agent, contact them first. They can set up the showing for you.
Who will show me the home?
A licensed real estate agent, a local professional who knows the area. Every agent we partner with is licensed and in good standing.
Can I bring family or a friend?
Yes. Bring whoever helps you decide. It’s a private showing, so take your time.
What if the home sells before my showing?
We let you know right away. If you’d like, we can send you similar homes that are still available.
How do I reach you?
Call or text Skip Tolley at 410-935-7500, or book a showing and we’ll reach out.
